Jim HammondJim Hammond (Puppetmaster)

After receiving his MA in Puppetry Design from The University of Connecticut, Jim created Sideshow Productions in 1996 designing puppets for such clients as Florida Grand Opera, New World Symphony, Florida Philharmonic, Broward Center for the Performing Arts, and regional TV Producers. In 2002, Jim began working as part of the puppet department of Disney's The Lion King National Tour. Additional credits include: Executive Director, Puppet Festival of the Americas (350 artists/9 Countries); Artistic Director for SUM FUN Puppet Summer 2000 ($1.6m. combined budget); and Producer & Artistic Director, Puppeteers of America SOLD OUT National Conference entitled Puppet Rampage with over 550 puppeteers attending in Minneapolis 2007.


Dan GuytonDan Guyton

Has won numerous awards, including two Kennedy Center/ACTF awards for his plays Attic and Where's Julie? He received his MFA in Dramatic Writing from the University of Georgia. His plays have been produced in New York City, Iceland, Canada, LA, Portland, Albany, Atlanta and more. Many of Daniel's short plays have been published in The Twisted Mind of Daniel Guyton (Poetry & Plays in the Dark Comedy Vein), and his plays Attic, Spat!, Where's Julie?, The Mother of God Visits Hell and Georgia Gets a Facelift have been published in other collections as well. Jaime HorbanJamie Horban - Choreographer

Jamie Horban is excited to join the Atlanta community after moving from Chicago, Illinois. She trained in chicago for many years in chechetti ballet, jazz, tap, modern, tango, flamenco, hip-hop, Musical Theater, acrobatics, African dance, salsa and Latin. She has trained at Evanston School of Ballet, Ruth Page Dance Center, Lou Conte Dance Studio, Ellis du Boulet, Chicago Ballet, Gus Giordano, Joel Hall Dance Center. She graduated from Northwestern University with a BS in dance and film. She has danced with numerous dance companies including Lyric Opera of Chicago, Dance Chicago, White Oak Dance Project, and Latin American Dance Company. She has taught at Atlanta Ballet, Dance 411, Interlochen Arts Academy, Korean Dance Company, Northlight Theater, and Ballet Legere just t name a few. She has choreographed for many dance companies, theaters and production companies around the United States including The Atlanta Ballet Pre Pro Program, The Ferst Center, Interlochan Arts, Dance Chicago, The Chicago Cultural Center, CK Dance Company, Northlight Theater, Theater on Main, Metropolis Theater, Bailiwick Theater, Ballet Legere, Northwestern University, and the Actor's Gymnasium. Jamie currently runs a production company called Solestance that has produced festivals in various areas of the United States for 10 years. It has been featured on TV as well as in popular Newspapers of those regions.


Nick JowdyNick Jowdy - Lighting Designer

Nick has been doing lighting design since the good ol' days of using a dark bedroom and a flashlight. He has designed multiple shows for the Connecticut Repertory Theater and The Wondor Out Loud Puppet Company. He has done lighting for multiple corporate events and concerts around Universal Studios Florida. His Scenic Design for Company was chosen by jury for display at the Prestigious Prague Quadrennial, and he was also chosen to do the lighting design on the display itself. He has photographed multiple theatrical productions for Buck's Rock Camp in New Milford, CT, the Connecticut Repertory Theater, The Wonder Out Loud Puppet Company, and has done fine art photography. When not working he can be found playing his guitar on the beach.
